Ondris Privacy

Ondris uses account information, conversation content and product usage data to provide and improve the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Ondris.

What we store

We may store your email address, account settings, subscription status, chats, projects, uploaded files, feedback and service logs required to operate and secure your account.

How information is used

Information is used to provide Ondris features, maintain continuity across sessions, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, support subscriptions and troubleshoot faults.

Service providers

Ondris relies on selected infrastructure, AI and payment providers to deliver the service. Data is shared with those providers only as needed to perform their role.

Your choices

You can request help with account access, billing or data questions through the support page. Additional deletion/export controls may be added as the service develops.
