Ondris Terms of Service

Ondris is a subscription AI assistant provided by SYMTERA. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to use Ondris lawfully and responsibly and to provide accurate account information.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices and the billing period are shown before you enter Stripe Checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel future renewal through the available subscription-management process; cancellation does not normally refund time already used unless required by law.

AI output

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for decisions made from Ondris output, especially for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical or other high-impact matters.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ondris to break the law, compromise systems, abuse others, or interfere with the service. Reasonable usage and cost controls may apply by plan.

Availability

We aim to keep Ondris available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product improves.
